Here at Ample Couture we want to ensure all our customer's have the best experience with us. Online shopping can be daunting, that is why our return process is made as easy as possible for our customers. 

Please view Ample Couture's return policy below. 

What is the return period?

▪ All returns must be returned / sent back within 10 calendar days. This return validity period begins from the date the goods are delivered to your shipping address. 

What can be returned?

▪ Please note that the following items can't be returned for hygiene reasons:
1. Accessories
2. Innerwear / Under Garments

▪ Orders paid with return store credit cannot be returned.

▪ Please do not remove the original / seal for hygiene reasons. (e.g. all returned item/s should be sent in their original condition and packaging including return form, tags, unworn, unwashed and unaltered.) We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.

What can be refunded?

▪ You may request a full refund of the purchase value of the item if it is defective.

Is there a processing fee?

▪ Yes, all returns will be subject to a processing fee of RM5.00 within West Malaysia and RM7.00 within East Malaysia and for subsequent item additional RM3.00 per item.

Example : Return 2 items from West Malaysia.

Processing fee = RM 5 (First Item) + RM 3 (Subsequent Item) = RM 8 (Total Fee)

How many times can I return per order?

▪ Only one return per order.

How can I return an item ?

▪ It is easy to make a return at Ample Couture. Fill in the return form and attach it with your parcel, then ship it back to us. You can download a copy of the return form by clicking here.

▪ You can return your item/s via the options below:

Option 1: Return via CollectCo

Please follow the steps below for your returns:
1. Fill out the Return Form.
2. Go to https://send.collectco.my/parcel/return/90
3. Select the state and enter your information: Name, Email, Mobile Number, Order Number. Click Submit.
4. Include the Return Form in the parcel and attach your return label.
5. Drop off the parcel at any CollectCo location. Find your nearest point here.

Option 2: Return via post

Please follow the steps below for your returns:
1. Fill out the Return Form.
2. Email us at hello@amplecouture.com with your order ID, reason of return, attached photos (if applicable)
3. We will arrange our courier partner to pick up the parcel at your specified location.
4. Include the Return Form in the parcel and attach your return label.
5. Hand over the parcel to our courier partner.

▪ Please note that, the return goods are your responsibility until it reaches us. Please ensure the goods return are packed up properly and can’t be damaged on the way. Ample Couture reserves the right to reject any damaged returns. If you want these returned to you, we request that you bear the shipping cost.

▪ Please ensure to ask for proof of postage when you return your items and keep it safe in case you need to contact us about your return.

▪ We reserve the right to change, modify or amend of the above-mentioned without prior notice.

▪ In the unlikely event that the item/s returned to us in an unsuitable condition or outside 10 days return policy, we reserve the right reject the return request. 

▪ Ample Couture reserves the right to reject any request to mail these items alongside with a new order and all returns are final and further requests will be denied.

How do I know my return is successful?

▪ Once we received your return, we’ll issue your return and drop an email to you once this has been done. Please allow 3 working days for processing of your return. 

▪ It is your responsibility to track your return while it is in transit.

Can I exchange my item?

▪ No, but you may place a new order with the store credit from the returned goods.
