At Ample Couture, accessible from https://amplecouture.com/ and through the Ample Couture mobile app, your privacy is one of our top priorities. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of information we collect and how we use it.

This Privacy Policy applies to online activities on our website and to the Ample Couture mobile app. This is valid for visitors in regard to information shared and/or collected at Ample Couture. It does not apply to offline data collection or through channels other than this website and the Ample Couture mobile app.

By using our website or our app, you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.

Information We Collect

We collect information when you use our website and our app:

• Your account: your name, email address, mobile number and password. If you already shop with us, we link your app account to your store account.
• Orders and payments: the items in your bag and wishlist, and your orders. You pay on our Shopline checkout page. We do not see or keep your card or bank details.
• Points and rewards: your membership level, points, store credit, rewards, daily check-ins, and your personal share code and the sales made with it.
• Your name card: the details and photo you add to your AC Namecard. Other people can see your name card when you share it.
• Share & Earn: when you share, your share code is included in your link and hashtag. To give you points, we check public Facebook, Instagram and Xiaohongshu posts for your hashtag. If you add your Rednote ID, we keep it.
• Customisation Studio: the details, measurements and photos for your custom design.
• Notifications and phone permissions: if you allow notifications, we keep your phone's notification address. We use your camera and photos only when you choose to, and your contacts only to save a name card to your phone. We do not collect your location.
• Automatically: technical details such as your IP address, device type and which app features you use, to keep the app working and secure.
• When you contact us: your message and your contact details.

We will always make clear what information is being collected and why at the point of collection.

How We Use Your Information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

• To operate, provide, and maintain our website and app

• To improve, personalize, and expand our website and app

• To understand and analyze user behavior

• To develop new features, services, or functionality

• To communicate with you for customer support, promotions, and service updates

• To send you emails and promotional materials

• To detect and prevent fraud

AI Try-On in the Ample Couture app

When you use AI Try-On, you choose a photo of yourself (a selfie or a full-body photo) and a piece of clothing. You can also enter your height.

To make your try-on picture, we send your photo, the clothing picture and your height (if you entered it) to OpenAI, the company whose AI creates the picture. We ask for your permission before your first try-on.

• Your photo. We do not keep it unless you choose to save it for next time. If you save it, only you can see it, and you can remove it at any time.
• Your try-on pictures are saved in your account so you can see them again. Only you can see them, and you can delete them at any time.
• OpenAI does not use the photos we send to train its AI. It may keep them for up to 30 days to check for misuse, and then deletes them.
• You can report a try-on picture that looks wrong or offensive from inside the app. Our team checks every report.

Who We Share Your Information With

We share your information only with companies that help us run our shop and app, and only for that purpose: Shopline (our online store, orders and payments) and its payment providers; Supabase (stores our app data, in Singapore); OpenAI (AI Try-On); Apify (checks public posts for Share & Earn); and Expo, Google and Apple (to send notifications). We do not sell your information.

How We Protect Your Information

Information sent between the app and our servers is encrypted. Your private information, such as your AI Try-On pictures, can only be seen by you and by our authorised team when needed.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your information while your account is open. Records of app activity are deleted after 90 days. To delete your account, go to Account Settings > Delete account in the app, or email hello@amplecouture.com. We will delete your information within 30 days, except records we must keep by law, such as order records.

Log Files

Ample Couture follows standard procedures of using log files. These include information such as:

• IP addresses

• Browser type

• Internet Service Provider (ISP)

• Date and time stamp

• Referring/exit pages

• Number of clicks

On our website, this data is not linked to personally identifiable information and is used for analytics and website administration.

Cookies and Web Beacons

We use cookies to:

• Store visitor preferences

• Track which pages users access or visit

• Customize web content based on browser types
